Cintia Mano is an angel investor, author, and speaker with extensive experience as a corporate executive and founder. She has led international investment networks supporting early-stage ventures and investors across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and the United States.

Formerly an executive in the mining, telecom and management consulting sectors, she brings a strong strategic and operational background to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

She received the Golden Aurora Award 2025, recognizing Europe’s most influential female business angel. She is also the author of Angel Investing Explained, a technical guide to investing wisely in startups.
